Certification

Since 2023, UAB Metesta is a licensed DNV welder examination organization.
We provide a welder certification service on behalf of DNV. In cooperation with DNV, we also provide other welding certification services.

Certification of welders

We certify welders according to the following standards:
-EN ISO 9606 series
-EN ISO 14732
ASME BPVC.IX
AWS D1.1/D1.1M

Welders’ certificates are issued by DNV.
DNV is accredited according to ISO/IEC 17024 standard, recognized third party organization (RTPO) according to PED 2014/68 art.20.

Approval of welding procedures

In cooperation with DNV, we approve welding procedures according to:

-EN ISO 15614 series
-EN ISO 15613
-ASME BPVC.IX
– other standards (EN ISO 17660-1, …)

WPQR are issued by DNV.
DNV is a notified body No. 2388.

Certification of companies

In cooperation with DNV, we certify companies according to:

-EN ISO 3834
-EN 1090-1/2 (plius CPR CPR UK Conformity Assessed (UKCA))
-EN 1090-1/3 (plius CPR CPR UK Conformity Assessed (UKCA))

Conformity certificates are issued by DNV.
